Shipping & Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason that's not the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be returned to us within 30 days.
- Buyer is responsible for return postage unless item is damaged or defective.
- We do not accept returns without prior approval. You must contact us first via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or our contact page to initiate a return.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- We're sorry, but due to their nature, customizable pieces, digital downloads, cosmetics or any intimate items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 3 days of the return item being received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

Asteria currently only ships to the United States. We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure the quickest and most cost effective manner possible.
All shipping methods will include tracking, which will be sent to you upon shipment of order.
Please note, many items are shipped from printing or production partners directly, meaning you may receive your order in multiple shipments. You will receive shipping and tracking information for each shipment in your order.
