WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Due to many of our items being made to order, it can take up 5-7 to process your order. After that, domestic shipping should only take 1-3 days. International shipping can take up to 10 days, depending on the country.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships. If you need updated tracking info or can’t find your email, contact us at hello@asteriastudio.co and we’ll send it to you!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes! We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return or exchange something, please contact us athello@asteriastudio.co within 30 days of your order.
