Orders
We currently are only able to ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. We hope to add more countries to international shipping soon!
Many of our products are made to order, which means there can be an extended production time.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Since most of our items are custom made to order, we cannot offer refunds, except for in the case of product defects or incorrect orders. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so please reach out to us at hello@asteriastudio.com with any questions or concerns about your purchase.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. In some cases we may be able to cancel or adjust your order before it has entered production, but we cannot guarantee. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
About Us
We partner with manufacturers and small business across the globe to create our products ethically and sustainably.
All of our prints are designed in-house by our founder Lizzie Campbell.
Our designs are printed directly onto the shirts in a process known as DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. Direct-to-garment printing not only allows us to offer the most design colors, but it is also far more sustainable than traditional screen printing. It also creates a really fun worn-in effect that adds to the vintage feel of our designs.
All of our shirts and sweatshirts are unisex fit and run true to size. We recommend ordering your normal size for a regular fit, or sizing up for a more oversized look.
